The sauce of these curries are of medium consistency produced from a wide range of oriental spices. These dishes are spice as well as rich in flavour

All tandoori dishes are marinated in specially prepared sauce and spices for at least 24hrs and then cooked in a clay oven (tandoori). All tandoori dishes are served with pilau rice & curry sauce
Shashlik
These korma dishes are very mild and creamy
Special kormas can be cooked with chicken tikka, lamb tikka or prawns (£1 extra)
A Thoroughly garnished dish of fresh onions, garlic and tomatoes, chilli and a few selected spices extensively treated to provide a dish of medium strength. A little condensed, but one of the most tasteful dishes on our menu
These dishes are cooked in a karahi (metal bowl) with green peppers, onions, herbs and spices
This dish is specially prepared with ground achar (pickle) balanced with other spices and cooked in a karahi (metal bowl)
Here the characteristic flavours of the dish is derived from the use of tomatoes, pimentoes and onions in amanner which produces a dish of medium strength
All biryani dishes consists of meat and rice cooked together with peas, spices and served with a curry sauce

To be honest compared to others in the area The portion sizes were lacking. Madras had hardly any meat 4 small pieces of lamb in a lot of watery sauce . The chicken tikka madras that was supposed to be hotter was only the same as the lamb madras. Chicken tikka biriyani had loads of rice with hardly any meat. Overall disappointing. Could be improved for the price.
